Giant Tiger flyer for the week of

Giant Tiger is celebrating its 51st birthday, so they've put a lot of items on sale at the prices they were in 1961! Here are some of the great deals this week:
- D'Italiano Bread...$1.58 (limit of 6)
- Assorted Vachon Cakes...$1.73 (limit of 6)
- Assorted Primo Soups, 525-540ml...$0.98 (limit of 6)
- Primo Pasta, 454g...$0.73
- Parkay Margarine, 427g...$0.99 (The size of this tube is 0.9lbs, but by comparison using this price, a pound container would be $1.10, so that's still a great price for margarine.)
- Hamburger Helper...$1.49
- Maple Leaf Hot Dogs...$1.88
- Golden Delicious Apples, 3lb bag...$1.48
Now, I know I thought the prices would have been lower since they advertised 1961 prices and a lot of these sale prices are roughly what we would pay during "regular" sales around town. Keep in mind, though, that they're still great stockpile prices. :-)
