If you "like" the Pier 1 Imports FB page, you can click a link on the left-hand side labelled Daily Dealy...between July 18 - July 31, a different Daily Dealy will be posted.
For example, today's deal (July 25th) is a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $10 or more. ;-)
Keep in mind that the deals are only valid for a few days...for example, today's deal has to be used by Wednesday, July 27th...guess I'm off to Pier 1 tomorrow to get my FREE $10 item! ;-)
