It's BOGO (Buy One, Get One) week at Sobeys!!! This can be a great time to stock up, but you have to be aware that a BOGO sale doesn't mean it is the best price...sometimes you can find similar items elsewhere for a better deal, so check your flyers. ;-). Here are the some of items that are BOGO...there are 36 items in total:

- ABC Laundry Detergent (reg. $7.99)...laundry detergent can usually be found for less than the $4.00/bottle price at Sobeys (ex. Cdn Tire has Old Dutch for $2.47 on Saturday).
- Maple Leaf Flaked Meat (reg. $2.29)...this is a good deal, except on Friday & Saturday when Lawtons will have it for $0.99/can instead of $1.15/can...for the rest of the week, the $1.15/can price is cheaper than Lawtons' price of $1.19/can.
- Leclerc Quattro Cookies (reg. $3.99)
- Mott's Apple Juice 1.82L (reg. $2.99)
- Ben's Xtra Soft Sandwich Bread (reg. $3.29)
- Kool-Aid Jammers (reg. $3.89)
- Maxwell House Coffee 150-200g (reg. $5.99)...Superstore has the same coffee on for $2.99, in case you can't find it at Sobeys, or vice versa.
- Old Spice anti-persperant $1.99...if anyone still has the Save $3 WUB 2 coupon from the Brandsaver insert or their website, you can get some for 50 cents each! :-)
- Compliments Peanut Butter 500g for $2.49
